MW Insulation is delighted to announce that it has been acquired by IBSL Group.
IBSL, established in 1989, is a provider of high-performance insulation products for the Petrochemical, Power Generation and Offshore exploration industries.
MW Insulation was established in 2011 and is the leading UK independent fabricator and supplier of high-performance rigid foam insulation materials, including Supaphen phenolic and Supapir PIR pipe insulation products.

MW Insulation will continue to operate from its Trafford Park site with its ongoing focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with the required standards. Steven Renney will be the new managing director of MW Insulation, with Mike Whelan remaining as a Director working alongside Steven and MW’s current management team of Scott Milner, sales office manager and Daniel Lawlor, production manager.
